Join Emma of Basking in Goodness and Amy of Thoughtful Organizing for a RAD Night sure to get your culinary juices flowing. We will cover the basics of what an organized kitchen looks and feels like, the tools and ingredients to always have on hand and a few tips, tricks and  recipes to crush meal-time stress.

We all have things we’d like to change about our kitchens and perhaps even about our personal kitchen skills but the fact of the matter is that when we shift the focus to what we’re good at and what we already have on hand we often release a lot of pressure and find far more joy than we previously thought possible.

We approach the kitchen like any other skill. Start with the basics and get really comfortable before moving on. When we slay the simple tasks and embrace our inner kitchen Goddess - a whole lot of magic can happen!

Monday - September 9th - 7:00 - 9:00pm | An array of plant based snacks will be served.

Wine is available for purchase.

Workshop Instructors:

Amy Fritz from Thoughtful Organizing :

I'm an Organizational Coach with over 15 years teaching experience and a Master's Degree in Education. I help individuals and businesses looking to gain a more minimalist approach in their life to organize their residential and business spaces. The benefits are many: peace of mind, greater productivity and creativity, more time to pursue true passions, to name but a few.

Emma Malina from Basking in Goodness:

Emma Malina is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in Plant-based Nutrition Education, Food Literacy & hands-on Cooking Classes. Certified in Plant-based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center For Nutrition Studies at Cornell and a Licensed Food For Life Instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington, DC., Emma empowers individuals and families to optimize their health and prevent chronic disease through coaching, cooking classes, and online resources.

Through her own personal health journey, Emma has seen firsthand, the power of adding more plants into one's life. We tend to see healthy eating as restrictive, boring and bland, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Emma helps clients fall in love with eating more plants and reaping the benefits both short-term and long-term. It’s not all or nothing but when you shift the focus from “I can’t eat that” to “how can I add more goodness to this meal?” everything starts to fall into place. When we have better options, we make better choices.
